head of cows with about 70 acres of farmland supplying
some of the hay for the cows. It is very well watered for
livestock or wildlife. There are always deer around the
house at different times of the year. With the canyons the
way they are situated next to the USFS, the wildlife have
an excellent area to get away from public hunters. USFS
borders the ranch and is an open window to hunt in or
ride on. The timber has been managed very well and
some loads can be taken out on a continual basis although
I believe the aesthetic value far outweighs the commercial
value. There are some very big pines and fir on the ranch
that you seldom see anymore. This old time ranch offers
seclusion being tucked right next to the mountains and
canyons and privacy being at the end of the road.
Running a few cows, excellent elk and deer habitat, very
nice improvements, timber and good water make this
ranch a unique place to live or for a second home.
