The Booker Tract is +/- 158 Acres of timberland / recreation land located south of Highway 190 near the Booker community in eastern Grant County. The tract is accessed by Grant County Road 267, about 3 miles east of the intersection of Hwy 190 & 35. Electric utilities are close to the property and a good gravel road accesses the property at the gate, then continues into the tract offering access to all parts.The topography of the tract rolling upland with fine sandy loam soils and good site index for loblolly pine. The tract consists almost entirely of upland ground with young pine plantations and recent clearcut with some stream buffers along small creeks. White-tailed Deer, Turkey and other games species are prevalent in the area offering great hunting and recreation opportunities.

Research Parcel InformationFrom the intersection of Highway 190 and Highway 35 in Grant County, Arkansas, head east for about 3 miles OR From Pine Bluff, take the Princeton Pike exit off of I-530 and head west. Go for about 14 miles, or about 3.5 miles past the Grant/Jefferson County Line
Take Grant County Road 267 to the south and follow around to the curves to the east and south for about 3/4 mile to the gate on the north end of the tract. If not open, the gate will be fitted with a combination lock of 8-5-6-7. The tract is marked with pink Kingwood flagging and a Kingwood Land For Sale sign.
