Sherwood Tract 1 Description: Immediate logging opportunity. This tract consists of a +/-40 acre, 30-year-old, loblolly pine plantation. The SW corner of this tract lies roughly 1.5 miles north of AR 190 on County Rd 67.
Sherwood Tract 2 Description: Immediate logging opportunity. This tract consists of a +/-32 acre, 30-year-old, loblolly pine plantation. Access to the tract is excellent: travel north on County Rd 67 from AR Hwy 190, then east onto Grant 674 Rd. The tract is adjacent to the cemetery at the end of Grant 674 Rd.
Tract 3: Cotton 80 - This +/-80-acre tract adjoins Sherwood Tract 1 (which lies to the west) and Sherwood Tract 2 (which lies to the Northeast).
