This exceptionally rugged piece of land is located in the heart of Kansas’ trophy mule deer country. This property is completely landlocked and isolated near the center of several sections of large pastures featuring huge rock bluffs and secluded bottoms lined with tall cottonwood trees. There are several large cuts in the land and plenty of ground cover for mule deer and whitetails to hideout year-round. Tillable land to the north and south provide excellent food sources for the deer, but this rugged and secure piece of grassland is the type of place the monster mules of western Kansas call home.
