RED CLOUD RANCH EAST UNIT Jay Em, Goshen County, Wyoming: The East Unit of the Red Cloud Ranch is located approximately five miles east of Jay Em, Wyoming. The property is easily accessed by traveling a half mile south of Jay Em on US Highway 85 to the Prairie Center Road, a well-maintained gravel county road; and then approximately five miles east to the western boundary of the ranch. This remarkably balanced property consists of approximately 4,469.5 deeded acres. There are 430 acres which can be irrigated under three low-pressure center pivots each of which is supplied water from its own well. The pivots have not been operated for seven years; however, all three pumps on the wells have recently been tested with production from 800 GPM to 1000 GPM. The irrigation wells are from 395 to 410 deep with static water depths of less than 100 feet.
