The White Ranch is an entirely deeded parcel of land consisting of 4,200 acres. It is easily accessed via Road 136 which divides ranch. The ranch is cross-fenced into eight pastures and fences are in good to excellent condition. The ranch is extremely well watered two deep wells provide water to the ranch headquarters as well as to the pipeline on the west side of the ranch. This pipeline also has a backup system with a 35,000 gallon storage tank and cistern setup. Another deep well provides water to the pipeline on the east side of the ranch. In addition, there are five windmills throughout the ranch, three of which have submersible pumps.
