Though Mitchell's Creek is a wet weather creek, it does hold some pockets of water most of the year. Terrain: The terrain of the ranch is slightly rolling with some small hills and dry creeks. From the southern boundary of the property (FM 532) to the northern boundary there is elevation increase of about 50 ft with watershed running from the northeast to the southwest corner of the property. The soil is a mixture of clay loam with a gravel sub strata.
