Southern Oasis consists of large Oak Trees that provide shade and cover near the house on the property as well as tall native grasses that grow near the large ponds found on the ranch. The property includes a variety of elevation changes from hilltop views that offer an excellent view of the ranch to low points near Hord Creek. The property consists of large brushy areas that provide plenty of cover for the Black Buck, Oryx, and Axis that live there but also contain well-manicured shooting alleys that converge on all 4 sides meeting at the feeders/blinds.

Once through there, the main road will lead you past a few shooting alleys before reaching a beautiful pond on your left. Following the main road will lead you across Hord Creek and to the main house on the property. There are 4 total bedrooms, one master, two bedrooms each outfitted with a queen-sized bed, and a bunk room with 6 full-size beds in a bunk layout. There is a small covered front porch as well as a beautiful back patio that looks out onto the pond next to the house.
