Hideaway Creek lies in the scenic terrain of northeastern Gillespie County. Water

Knott Branch Creek

Water Well

There is a capped water well on the property located near the entrance along WC Ranch Rd. The well was drilled in November of 1997 and has a yield of 10 GPM. White-tailed deer and Rio Grande turkey are abundant and Axis deer are known to pass through the property. There are no roads or trails through the property providing an opportunity for the new owner to create a trail system to their liking. HOA Restrictions

The full Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions, & Maintenance Agreements are contained within the listing packet. Highlights include:
