The other creeks on the property are also nice and all of them provide water for wildlife, and scenic views in the hardwood bottoms.
There is a diverse mix of hardwoods on the property. There are a few cypress/gum ponds that would likely be excellent spots for wood ducks in the winter. Areas of the hardwoods along the creeks feature large mast producing oaks and old growth timber, other areas are heavy in poplar & sweet gum. This varying habitat gives wildlife everything they need to thrive when paired with the food plots and upland pines! There are 2 acres of food plots scattered across the tract that are in great locations and are green for those spring strutters!
