Gaddis Creek Farm

Gaddis Creek Farm is fertile river bottom property along the Washita River in central Garvin County not too far from I-35. Gaddis Creek, a live stream and a tributary to the Washita, meanders through the property for almost two miles. The property is currently planted to winter wheat but has produced corn, soybeans and other crops throughout the years. The property could remain a working farm, or could be expanded into a recreational property primarily for waterfowl, but also for deer, turkey and hogs which are already prevalent along the creek system.
