These 200 ac. of CRP could be an excellent opportunity to subdivide in Loop School District. It lies fairly flat w/ no brush & in an area w/ irrigation surrounding it. This would be ideal for organic crops (peanuts). Located in an area with large mule deer, lots of quail and dove. Has not been disturbed for the past 30 years.This is one of the few CRP tracts with water potential left in this area.
