This is a fantastic historical building on the main street of Beatrice Nebraska. It is currently used as the Masonic Temple and features a large open area meeting room with a built in pipe organ. The wood work is very attractive throughout the building. Upstairs are corner rooms and the downstairs is designed for open seating and a full kitchen. 2 new furnaces were installed in 1996 and a new rubber membrane was laid on the room 4 years ago. This facility is fully operational and ready for use. If you are looking for a large meeting area or special use project, this is the facility for you. Over the past 3 years, the utility cost averaged only $250 per month. This is a one of a kind lodge building.
