This newly constructed cabin is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom cabin that has 1 bedroom on the main floor and another bedroom up in the lofts with a beautiful staircase for access! The cabin is mostly furnished and your summer full of adventures is ready to begin! Overall this cabin features many upgrades inside and out including heating, air conditioning, garage, deck, private docks and large yard with easy access to the water and much more!
The annual lot lease/membership to the goose ranch is paid in full for 2020 and is $4250 per year, and it runs from April 1st to Jan 31st each year. This fee covers your water, septic, trash, and membership to the Giant Goose Ranch. The cabin and property can be used over the winter, but the water does get shut off in November.
