This cabin is on leased property and the lease fee is paid for 2018 season. The annual lot lease is $2550 per year, and it runs from April 15th to October 23rd each year. This lease fee covers your water, electricity usage, trash, and membership to the Giant Goose Ranch. The cabin and property can be used over the winter, but the water does get shut off in November and electricity usage each month in the offseason does cost extra.
