203 Acres Waterfowl, Fishing, and Income Property
This property is without a doubt one of my personal favorites. The lakes are incredible. The main lake is over 30 acres. It would be perfect for waterskiing, which is frustratingly hard to find in central Illinois. The geese and snow geese seem to love itthey pile in there year after year. Just south of the big lake is a remote 10-acre lake with power! Another 3-acre lake and several potholes add up to 47 acres of lakes! The fishing has been outstanding out there. The owners have been committed to a feeding program for the last 4 or 5 years.

The icing on the cake is the 98 acre of tillable producing somewhere in the $18,000 range annually. It also provides some dry field goose hunting opportunities.
