The Seller did not take any whitetail deer off the ranch this past season and introduced four bred does and four bucks from an impressive 200+ genetic stock to boost the native herd genetics. A game survey has not been completed, but for its size, there appear to be sufficient deer on game pics. Wild hogs have been removed and there are no exotic game species on the ranch. This area and county are well known for some of the best migration of dove in Texas.

WATER
