This oversight means that the drive needs to be moved about 15 feet to the west (not a big expense but a necessary one). The property has been priced to reflect the need to rebuild the drive.
This is a nice clean offering at a very affordable price. Not fancy but very functional in a good location. AND, the seller is willing to consider carrying paper with a 1/3 down payment.
