Any negatives? Only one. When the pad was built, the driveway was inadvertently started on the neighboring parcel to the east. This oversight means that the drive needs to be moved about 15 feet to the west (not a big expense but a necessary one). The property has been priced to reflect the need to rebuild the drive.
This is a nice clean offering at a very affordable price. Not fancy but very functional in a good location. AND, the seller is willing to consider carrying paper with a 1/3 down payment.
