Milk Storage

Facility has a new milk tank room that houses two (2) 7,000-gallon milk tanks.

Capacity / Corrals

The Regional Water Quality Control Board has permitted the dairy for a total of +/-4,164 head of cattle: +/-2,082 mature milking and dry cows and +/-2,082 support stock.

It features two (2) freestall barns, open lot corrals for +/-2,400 mature milking cows. There is also a bull pen area that can house +/-800-1,000 bulls, depending on size.

There are +/-200 locking stanchions in the robot barn, +/-240 locking stanchions in the heifer pen and +/-110 locking stanchions in the open corrals.

Calf Raising Area

The dairy has a calf area which features +/-452 CalfTel fiberglass hutches with bottle racks and twenty (20) 15x 15 metal pipe drag pens.

Heifer Facility

There is a heifer facility, just east of of the dairy, that can house +/-2,000 heifers.

Feed Storage

Dairy has a +/-3,500 sq. ft., seven (7)-bay commodity barn.

Two (2) +/- 8,750 sq. ft. corrugated roof metal pole barns. Each barn holds +/-900 tons of hay, each.

A +/-550,000 sq. ft. silage storage area, on sloped dirt is located adjacent to the hay barn.

Plantings

In addition to the +/-191 acre robotic dairy facility, the property is planted to the following:

+/-1,558 Acres of Open Land / Row Crops.

+/-71 Acres of Vines, Thompson Seedless variety, planted in 1993 at a 12 x 7 spacing.

+/-37.51 Acres of Ancillary Ground.

Water

Property is located in Raisin City Irrigation District and part of McMullin Area GSA. The property features two sources of water via surface water deliveries and ground water from the thirteen (13) Ag wells and pumps on-site (pumps range from 125-250 HP).

There is a +/-270,000 sq. ft. (+/-6.1 acre) Fresh-Water Recharge Pond. Rain collected from a rain collection system on the +/-258,500 sq. ft. surface area of the robotic barn roof is collected and transferred to the fresh water recharge pond. The sellers are currently working with the McMullin Area GSA to use this area for their excess storm water recharge project currently in phase II development.

Lagoon / Separator

There is a lagoon and settling pond area on the dairy facility which features two (2) large lagoons and five (5) settling ponds.

There is an Albers Separator with a +/-45,000 sq. ft. concrete drying pad and bucking wall. As well as a +/-134,028 sq. ft. (+/-3.07 acre), adjacent, compost conditioning area.

Solar

The property has solar located on a +/-12 acre site. It is a 1.988 KW Nem 2.0 system. It features an Array Duratrack HZvc solar tracking system, Trina Crystalline Photovoltaic Cells and Sun TRIPOWER 1,000v Inverters.
