Wonder Valley is one of the last open range areas in California... open range means you have to fence the animals out if you don't want them on your property. You can see by the pictures that this lot isn't fenced. It is, however, a great piece of land with 1.79 acres of nearly level land and some terrific frontage on Mill Creek.
