As always, I tell you about any negatives. There's very few to mention. The property is on Dunlap Road which comes off of Hwy 180. It is in excellent condition but the last 6 miles is very curvy... sort of what you would expect a mountain road to be. At one acre, the property is on the small size but the site and the terrain make it feel many times larger. You have all the room you need with a whole lot less maintenance.
