Although it is on a county road, this is an extremely private property. A gated paved drive takes you up to the home and parking area that has two freestanding carports and a nice storage building. The home is an older, circa late 60's or early 70's, singlewide mobile that has a full length enclosed addition complete with built in fireplace. The home is 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and is in livable condition but does require some repairs, primarily in the addition. The home has a second attached addition that serves as a utility room. How about the negatives? There are a few. The land is pretty steep and brushy to the top of the hill. But, that also creates the built in seclusion. It does have an awesome future building site but getting a road to the top will take some work.
