About half the property is more or less native with small gullies, gentle rocky outcroppings, and wetland areas filled with towering cottonwoods and other native trees. The Midvale Irrigation Ditch runs through it providing stock and irrigation water during the summer months while its running. There is an older set of corrals and a smaller granary, both located in an area that would make a very nice building site.
