The 4,200 square foot rustic beauty will sleep 10 comfortably with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and one half bath. There are two open living rooms, each with fireplace. Downstairs, the gourmet kitchen has a prep island with serving bar, opening to a large dining area and family room, with beamed, wooden ceilings. Upstairs is a game room or bunk room with wet bar area, full bath and wall of windows for extraordinary views. For peace of mind, there is a whole house back-up generator and a storm shelter/safe room. Massive observation deck is a great place to watch the kids play on the shady playground or the wildlife roam the fields and streams.

There are about three total miles of water to fish from, both channel and Sulphur River, that is also large enough to navigate with small boats. There are also 7 miles of ATV riding trails. The land is a mix of open and heavily treed areas, great for deer, hog, bird, duck and other small game hunting.
