The Mobley Lake Tract, located in Franklin County, AL offers excellent wildlife habitat, timber production, recreation as well as a good investment for the future. It is located just north of Mobley Lake. Approximately 256 acres of this tract was planted during the 2007-08 planting season with loblolly pine. The remainder of the tract is primarily hardwood drains offering excellent wildlife habitat. These drains act as edge effect offering wildlife cover for feeding in open areas. They are also used as corridors for wildlife traveling throughout the tract.
