There is very good deer sign transitioning between the heavy cover and the hardwoods. There was also turkey scratching beneath some of the oaks on the property as well. I was able to catch a couple grouse hanging out in the evergreens in this section. There is also a gate on the SE corner of the property coming off of Fishel Road. State Highway 70 is less than half a mile South, so accessing the property is very easy. It won't last very long.
