This ranch is located just one mile east of Margaret, TX. The ranch is suitable for hunting whitetail deer, feral hog, and dove. It has approximately 80 acres in improved bluestem grass and 20 acres of native mesquite pasture and salt cedars, which provides good bedding areas for deer. The 80 acres of bluestem is in two different pastures. The ranch would be good for stockers, a small cow/calf herd, or horses.
There is a large water tank that would be great to stock with catfish. During the drought last summer, the owner dug out this tank to further deepen it. It's fed by Mule Creek, which is a seasonal wash that runs through the middle of the property. The mesquite pasture follows the creek, and the two bluestem pastures are on either side of it. Food plots could be put in the bluestem pasture for wildlife. The Margaret area of Foard County has lots of whitetail deer and hogs.

There is nice set of pipe cattle pens on the east side, where a water well and electricity meter are located. The fences are in good shape, all of them have been recently tightened. Public roads border the ranch on two sides, and there are two entrances to access the property.
