The Landscaping and Gardens are throughout the 40 acres. The old logging trails have been groomed and turned into delightful walking, biking and golf-cart paths wide enough to keep maintained by the 2015 4060 Kubota tractor that comes with the property. Wild and domestic Rhododendrons and Mountain Laurel are placed in the perfect spots. Stone steps dating back to the 16th and 19th Century brought over from Provence France lead the brick walkways that connect the Fountain Cottage and Barn to the main house.
