TERMS: Payment due in full immediately following conclusion of auction by cash or personal check in amount of purchase only. No out of state checks, no two-party checks will be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS! Payment in full for all personal property purchased is required to be paid to agent/auctioneer within one hour of end of sale, to be made to agent/auctioneer at the SALE SITE, NO EXCEPTIONS. NOTE: This is a Court Ordered Auction. Any returned checks shall be subject to a $50 returned check fee and the checks will be turned over to the Court for prosecution. In the event that any purchaser is not able to remove items during said period or as otherwise agreed to by the defendant, application shall be made to the court for removal.
