A gravel road leads you from the front gate to the house. The house is approximately 1600 sq ft modular home set on a cinder-block foundation with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A separate carport with around 400 sq ft of enclosed storage space is included within the fenced area near the home. There is also a 55' X 25' metal barn near the entrance to the ranch where an old metal pen working/holding is located. The facilities have single phase electricity to all 3 structures through Big Country Electric Co-Op. The perimeter fencing varies with some all metal pipe and t-posts less than 10 years old and other portions are older cedar posts.
Wildlife/Hunting:
Wildlife that inhabit the area are white-tailed deer, feral hogs, rio grande turkeys, morning doves with occasional white winged doves, bobwhite quail, coyotes, bobcats, and various other varmints. Aoudad sheep and mule deer sometimes pass through the area as well. Whitetails in excess of 160" have been harvested in the area and the Red Creek Ranch has been actively working to improve the deer herd and habitat across the ranch. Three food plots, with 5 hunting and feeding stations are strategically located across the property. The old field on the eastern boundary of the ranch could be utilized as food plot as well.
Minerals:
There is a 1/16th interest on the eastern 160 acres that will convey with the property. This includes all the mineral interest the current owner has with the ranch.
