Location:
The property is located 16 miles northeast of Lewistown up Maiden Canyon at the entry of the Judith Mountains. The Maiden highway runs through the middle of the property.

Improvements:
Property has electricity, telephone, septic, and 2 wells. There is an older home built in the early 1900s, sheds, corrals, 1940s barn, and a 1950s barn.
Water:
Sources of water for livestock include one mile of Warm Spring Creek and one quarter of a mile of the North Fork of Warm Spring creek and two wells. Warm Spring Creek is seasonal as it can go underground during the year. The North Fork is known to have water year round.
One well is located south of the highway which provides water for the 25 pair that graze on the property. It is in the NENE of Section 2 and is 209 feet deep producing about 10 gpm.
The other well is near the buildings which has a good flow and is used for domestic and livestock. It is in the S2SE of Section 34 and is 48 feet deep and produces about 17 gpm.
History:
Maiden was a thriving mining town by 1888 with over 2000 residents soon after the gold rush had played out and the population had decreased to 200 people by 1896. There are still a few mines in operating today. The area is mostly used for ranching and recreation.
