The arena has a 20'x122' addition that is all insulated and includes the office/vet area with, tack room, stall, washing area & living quarters.

The office/vet area has built-in storage selves with automatic overhead door to the outside concrete driveway and an overhead door to separate the office and vet area. There are 2 overhead electric heaters for these areas. A steel entry door opens into the wash room area.
