Hardwood forested hunting and building land on southerly slopes of Skinner Mt. Secluded, selectively cut. Deer, turkey, woodgrouse, other wildlife abounds. Surrounded on three sides by Nature Conservancy lands. Near East Fork Obey River. Lost Cane Creek, a weather creek, is aptly named, as it disappears into ground and reappears further down. Access is along this pristine way through remarkable forests of oak, beech, popular, cucumber magnolia, etc., and among Tennessee Quartzite boulders and stone. Its a trip back a generation or so to land and times more remote and peaceful, yet accessible by motor vehicle.
