The first floor is open and spacious and perfect for entertaining with a large living room, parlor, and a dining room capable of handling the largest of crowds. The kitchen is located just off the dining room perfect for serving guests. There is also a butlers pantry, and a servants staircase to the upstairs. From the first floor you can make your way down to the Mayfield Suite which is complete with a bedroom, sitting room, large bathroom, and its own private entrance. The upstairs is accessed by the free standing winding staircase which leads to four bedrooms which are complete with their own private baths. A third floor exists which is currently being used as an attic.
