This house might be called Alaska luxury: running water from a well, a functioning septic system, the pipes don’t freeze, and the house is warm in winter with a forced-air furnace, newer double-paned windows, and proper insulation. Nothing leaks, and everything works! The wood siding inside and out came from trees cut when clearing the property. Cabin-style but with a flush toilet, shower tub, and laundry! Side note from the Sellers: buying real estate can be an anxiety-inducing experience. Not here. We know the property better than anyone, and I’ll tell you everything we know. Full transparency is good for karma. As a housewarming gift, we’re providing a home warranty – you have enough to worry about with moving. We’ve been happy here and think you will be, too.
