Take a step back in time to your own area away from it all. You have good access without any steep grades so a Camper/RV is possible. You have 20 acres here, legally filed as a Claim with the Federal and County Governments, so you are able to find any valuable minerals. There has been historic finds of Placer Gold in the general area and other minerals. The whole area is a fantastic page of our history, loaded with many old mining camps and small towns. The town of Goldfield is a short drives away if you are into western history. In around 50 minutes you are able to drive to the town of Beatty NV for some shopping and if you need more of a selection with some major chain stores and restaurants you can then go over the mountain into California and go into Bishop California, which is around an hour or so. The area normally has mild winters without much a snowfall unless you are in the higher elevations. There area is great for Four wheeling, hunting, shooting, sightseeing etc. with acres and miles of BLM land to participate in these activities.
