Large enough to sleep two adults per bed comfortably. If thats not enough, there is also a king size bed to enjoy. The third spacious bedroom also has its own beautiful view looking out over the land with a door exiting to the covered front porch. One of the great things about this part of Texas is the changing weather. Every spring and fall, you can sit on any one of the three sides of the covered porch while watching the lightning and listening to the thunder of storms as they roll past in the distance. If they get too close, you can hide away in the storm room. This is a concrete shelter fortified for a storm. But dont be scared, it includes a wet bar, dance floor and theater area. With a room like this, youll wish for storms. At least once per year, after the storms roll thru, you are sure to see a full double rainbow. This year it terminated directly onto the circle drive as we stood looking out from the front porch. The drive thru garage is equipped with an RV electrical hookup and sewage outlet. It can hold up to one RV and 4 full size vehicles. It also has its own 1/2 bath, air compressor, work area and houses the pressure tank and water softener for the water well. The air conditioned mechanical room is upstairs and also doubles as an office.
THE LAND
The acreage is rectangular in shape and has an approximate 75 foot drop from North to South. The house is located at the North side which allows you to sit on the front porch and overlook the majority of the acreage. There is approximately a 50 / 50 ratio between open fields and wooded area.
