Summertown Longleaf Tract is located just west of Summertown in Northern Emanuel County. It is approximately 10 miles north of Swainsboro and 10 miles southeast of Wadley.
The tract consists of 46 acres of thinned and sprayed longleaf plantation that is ready for its final cleanup to begin the process of pine straw raking. There is an additional 44 acres of 5-year-old planted loblolly pine and natural hardwoods and pines that provide a variety of habitats for both deer and turkey.
This property features frontage on McGarrh Mill Pond Road, a paved road, and Stevens Cemetery road, a county dirt road which provides access into the property.
