The property is not flat, it has a little bit of a rolling hill type topography going for it but it is a pretty cool place. It sits beneath some hills. It has some neat views looking into Elko.
There is a lot of wildlife in this area, we saw a lot of deer tracks and rabbit tracks but we didnt see any animals just tracks.
The vegetation is going to be typical high desert vegetation. With sage brush and rabbit brush and other kinds of typical brush that is coming in this area.
This property is remote but is very close to Elko, maybe 10 minutes away.
