This property is on the southwest end of the Pilot Valley. It has beautiful views of Pilot peak and is on the Foothills to the west of Pilot Road. It is about 8 miles from Pilot Road. Once you turn off Pilot Road the road is well defined. The last 2 miles leading up to the property follow some pipe through the hills and at time the road is a bit steep and rocky. A 4wd vehicle is recommended.

The Pilot Valley lies over an aquifer that supplies water to Montello and the surrounding area. I think the pipeline that lies along the road to this property might have been a water line but it looks defunct now.
Vegetation on the property includes sagebrush and prairie grass along with some scattered Juniper Trees. In the area I have seen Antelope, Deer, Rabbits and Wild Horses. There is a water trough to the south of the property.
This would be a great place for someone who wants to live off grid.
The nearest town is Wendover which is about 30 miles away. Montello is about 40 miles away.
