Homestead on the Nevada/Utah border

Want to have some privacy, be able to raise some livestock and some of your own food, have wildlife out your door, then check this one out. This old homestead has a spring that feeds a small meadow and a few fruit trees. You can see from the old ditches that it irrigated more acreage when someone was there taking care of it. The property is located near the Utah border on the Nevada side. It adjoins public lands on two sides. There are Utah Juniper and Pinyon pine on the property although owner is doing some removal in a mosaic style to provide for better grass production. Building are old and possible salvage in parts.
