Great cattle operation in a wonderful area to live. The 550 deeded acres is surrounded by public lands and this deeded base in the middle of the BLM allotment which is divided into 6 pastures. The owner has been filling his 300 head permit each year and there is still plenty of feed left over. Or, buy hay for the 4 months you have to be off the range and don't worry about having to put up hay.
