The summer use could be balanced with the winter use by concentrating on more irrigated pasture on the ranch and by fencing the 200 acres North of the main ranch. The ranch has good corrals, a hay barn, several barns/sheds, a older shop and two newer shops. There is a round pen and a roping/working arena as well.
