The improvements include : The main floor of the home has one master bedroom and bath; a kitchen with breakfast bar; a formal dining room; an office; and a misc. room that has been used for storage but could be used as another bedroom. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and one bath . A loft could be used as an additional bedroom. A second residence is a Cookhouse with large kitchen and dining area; two bedrooms and one bath; and a large family room. There is also a bunkhouse that hasn’t been used much by the current owner. It could be used with a little work. It has three bedrooms and a living room and one bath. There is also a Shop building. The Horse barn has enough Stall space for 10 head of horses plus a tack room and hay loft. The livestock Scale house covers a 10,000 lb. scales. Go approx. 20 miles West over the hills till you come to a "T" in the road where you turn right. Go approx. 7 miles North and the ranch entry is on the right.
