Wow! That was our thoughts when we saw this property. This one has a lot going for itself. The road on the way in was one of the nicest we have seen out here. We had no problem even in pouring down rain!
A well is located just south of the property. Additionally, a cell tower is only a couple miles away and I80 is fairly close as well (2 miles driving). The views, well you can see for yourself. Snow covered mountains in June! The quiet except for the birds chirping and the slight breeze blowing were rather peaceful.
This lot has varying terrain with lots of great views from it. There are several flat spots to build as well as some rolling hills. Nothing steep, but it does add some character to the property and peace of mind knowing it wont flood or become a mud bog for days. There is a legal easement to bring the road into the property, it's just in the next lot over.
O...
Overall, this property has a lot of built in value. Not too close to town, not too far away, tucked back into the hills where not a lot of people go. By the way, the road leading to this property ends at the lot next to it. That means you wont have any traffic except for your neighbor. Heck, they probably wouldnt mind keeping an eye on things for you when youre away. (I can tell you their names and contact info if you decide this is the property for you. )
There were many signs of wildlife on the property. We saw a small herd of antelope when we were out there, many rabbits and rabbit holes. (See pictures)
We really enjoyed exploring these properties, even though we were drove out by the weather a couple times. We finally made it out on a sunny day!
This is located between the towns of Elko and Deeth.
