The bottom floor of the living area consists of a large kitchen/dining/living room area along with a master bedroom and full bath. Above that sits three additional bedrooms and a full bath. All appliances are included, along with flat screen TVs and an internet booster inside the lodge. Located next to the lodge is an outdoor structure to park machinery, ATVs, ranch equipment, etc.
Wildlife includes whitetail deer, axis deer, fallow deer, sika deer, black buck antelope, aoudad sheep, dove, turkey, hogs and varmints. The ranch is also taxed on wildlife exemption with a game biologist on board.
There are new blinds, feeders and water stations throughout the ranch, and all of the interior roads are in great shape allowing access to all points on ranch.
