There is one 1,100 gallon water storage tank and one 550 gallon storage tank, with two water troughs providing water to the ranch. The Association supplies water for wildlife. A half-mile of wet weather Cutting Pen Draw runs through the southern portion ranch.

An abundance of native and exotic wildlife can be found roaming the property. This wildlife includes Whitetail, Axis, Black Buck, Elk, Fallow, Sika, Turkey, Dove and Quail. Numerous blinds and feeders are strategically placed across the property.

This excellent property, located on the edge of the Hill Country, offers tremendous views of the surrounding properties. The entire ranch is covered with dense brush, providing forage and cover to the wildlife. Caliche roads provide access to the ranch, and many ATV trails have been carved into the property.
