East Feliciana Parish Hunting Opportunity! At 77.88 acres and an affordable listing price, this tract is an extremely rare find in the Feliciana Parishes. I've been the managing forester on this property for over 20 years and it has been and continues to be a very productive wildlife and timber tract. The area is secluded, yet within an hour's drive of Baton Rouge in an area well known for deer and turkey hunting. At a listing price of only $3,150 per acre, if you have been looking for an affordable place in the Felicianas, you really should consider this one.

Research Parcel InformationThe subject property is located at the very end of the Old Jackson Road, which turns west off of Highway 952 between Jackson and Wilson. On some maps, the Old Jackson Road is called Trinity Church Lane. From LA Highway 10 in Jackson, turn north onto Highway 952 (College Street) and continue roughly 6 miles to the Old Jackson Road, which will be on your left. From Highway 19 in Wilson, turn west at the caution light onto Sycamore Street (Highway 68). Make the block past the town hall and turn left at the 4-way stop. Make another block and the highway will turn a sharp right. Stay on the highway and make this sharp right turn, then continue straight for about 4.5 miles on Highway 952 to the Old Jackson Road which will be on your right.
Once you are on the Old Jackson Road (aka Trinity Church Lane), proceed west-southwest for 2 miles. The subject tract is well marked with yellow boundary paint. When you first see the tract, you will see yellow and red painted trees on both sides of the road. At that point, you are very close to the northeast corner of the property. Continue for another 150 or so yards and the road will "T" into another gravel road. That "T" is on the subject property.
Please note that there are other pieces of property on the Old Jackson road that have yellow boundary paint. Just pass those yellow lines up and drive the full two miles to the subject tract.
