Hamilton 311 is a combination of cropland and prior CRP acres. This tract contains 311.32 +/- acres according to a recent property survey. The Farm Service Agency (FSA) states there are 58.95 acres of cropland that are precision leveled to grade and irrigated via a turbine well. The soils are Class II and III being primarily Goldman Silt Loams and Newellton-Tunica complex.
The remaining acres (252.37) are prior Conservation Reserve Program acres that have been thinned providing excellent opportunity for hunting and the possibility to convert back to cropland.
