DESCRIPTION: This hunting/recreational ranch is rich in game and possesses the genetics and high protein browse needed to produce trophy whitetail deer. Duval County and this area have long been known for producing Boone and Crockett deer. The habitat for deer and wildlife is outstanding. You will find a happy mixture of black brush, guajillo, guayacan, granjeno, and acacia, all high in protein. Youll also find a good cover of huisatche, mesquite, cenizo, hackberry, prickly pear and miscellaneous brush. The terrain is moderately rolling and elevations vary from 280 ft. to 356 ft. above sea level. Access to the property is excellent with 1.5 miles frontage on State Highway 339. Privacy is assured as there are no road easements through the property and there are no public roads on any boundary lines except for the highway frontage.
